Salon rules

These terms explain how appointments, cancellations, payments, service corrections and salon visits work at Renasanz Salon.

Booking appointments

Appointments can be booked online through SimplyBook or directly with the salon by phone, email or in person. Each booking is for one person only. If several people need services, please book one appointment per person or contact us before booking.

Prices shown online are guide prices. The final service, timing and price can depend on hair length, density, hair history, required technique and the result agreed during consultation.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 22 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

If a deposit or prepaid appointment applies, the salon may retain the relevant cancellation amount and refund any remaining balance where applicable.

Late arrival

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, adjust or cancel the appointment to protect the schedule for the next client. A fee may apply where the appointment cannot reasonably be performed.

Consultations, color services and corrections

For color, bleach, balayage, highlights and major changes, the stylist may require a consultation, strand test or patch test before confirming the service. We may decline or adjust a service if the hair condition, previous color history or safety risk makes the requested result unsuitable.

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will review the original consultation, service notes and result.

  • If the result does not match what was agreed during consultation because of a salon error, we will offer a reasonable correction at no additional cost.
  • If the result was approved in the salon and the request is a later preference change, the adjustment may be treated as a new service or charged at the salon's discretion.
  • Clients may receive up to three complimentary correction requests within a rolling twelve-month period. Further adjustments may be charged at the standard rate.

Payments, products and promotions

Payment is due at the appointment unless agreed otherwise. At the moment, the salon accepts cash unless the team confirms another payment method onsite.

Unused retail products in original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products are excluded unless legally required otherwise.

Promotions and discounts may be limited by date, service, stylist or availability. They cannot always be combined with other offers.

Salon conduct and safety

We welcome children, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times. For safety and comfort, please avoid bringing unsupervised children into service areas.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively, repeatedly misses appointments, or creates a safety risk for staff or other clients.

If we take photographs for portfolio or marketing purposes, we will ask for your agreement. Tell us before or during your visit if you do not want to be photographed.

Stylist preferences can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If your selected stylist is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or help you reschedule.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the service, where legally permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Important FAQs

Can I book online?

Yes. Use the Book Now button or any service card to open the SimplyBook booking system.

Can I bring my own products?

We prefer to use products selected by the salon because they are compatible with our services. If you need a specific product for allergy or medical reasons, please discuss it with your stylist before the service.

Do you offer children's services?

Yes, subject to stylist availability and the child's ability to sit safely for the service.

Do you style hair for events?

Yes. For weddings, formal events or special styling, email info@renasanzsalon.com with the date, number of people and desired style.

Do you sell hair products?

Yes. The team can recommend products based on your hair type, service and routine.

How should I care for hair after color?

Your stylist will give service-specific aftercare. In general, use recommended shampoo and conditioner, avoid harsh washing immediately after color, and protect the hair from excessive heat.

Termine koennen online ueber SimplyBook oder direkt im Salon gebucht werden. Jede Buchung gilt fuer eine Person. Angezeigte Preise sind Richtwerte und koennen je nach Haarlaenge, Haardichte, Haarhistorie, Technik und Beratung variieren.

Stornierungen oder Umbuchungen sollten mindestens 22 Stunden vor dem Termin erfolgen. Bei spaeterer Absage koennen Gebuehren anfallen: 12 bis 21 Stunden vorher 25 Prozent, 3 bis 11 Stunden vorher 50 Prozent, weniger als 3 Stunden vorher oder Nichterscheinen 100 Prozent der Servicegebuehr.

Bei mehr als 15 Minuten Verspaetung kann der Termin gekuerzt, angepasst oder storniert werden. Fuer Farb- und Blondierleistungen koennen Beratung, Straehnentest oder Allergietest erforderlich sein.

Bei Unzufriedenheit kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 48 Stunden. Salonfehler werden angemessen und kostenlos korrigiert. Spaetere Wunschveraenderungen koennen als neue Leistung berechnet werden. Gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberuehrt.
