Terms of Use

All bookings must be made through our booking system or by calling our salon. Each booking is for one person only. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 22 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the following cancellation fees: 22+ hours before appointment: No fee. 12-21 hours before appointment: 25% of service fee. 3-11 hours before appointment: 50% of service fee. Less than 3 hours before appointment or no show: 100% of service fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and a fee may be incurred. We recommend that you arrive on time to ensure that you receive the full duration of your service.

Renasanz Salon values the privacy of our customers. Any personal information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose of booking appointments and for promotional purposes with your consent. For more about our Privacy Policy, please visit here.

Renasanz Salon shall not be held liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you understand and agree to these terms.

Renasanz Salon reserves the right of admission. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who behaves in an inappropriate or disruptive manner that could jeopardize the safety and well-being of our staff or other customers.

We welcome children, but we ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times. For the safety and comfort of all customers, please ensure that your children are supervised and do not disrupt other customers or our salon's environment.

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept only cash at the moment.

Tipping is appreciated but not required. The amount of any gratuity is at the discretion of the customer.

We want all our customers to be happy with their services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

We offer refunds or exchanges for products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts on our services or products. These offers are subject to change or expiration at any time.

We cannot guarantee a specific service provider for your appointment. If you have a preference, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to take photographs of our customers for marketing or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
